Relief Concert to Help Puerto Rican Farmers

In order to create funds for the affected Puerto Rican farmers, OFC will be hosting a relief concert in the jazz and latin genre. This concert took place at Northwood High School in Irvine, CA, on September 22, 2018 from 4-6 P.M. This date marked one year since Hurricane Maria struck the island. The performers consisted of students of Northwood High, who are all members of the school's jazz bands, as well as professional Puerto Rican artists (see below). OFC will donate 100% of the funds from this concert to the three affected farms (Govardhan Gardens, Pachamama Forest Garden, Mayani Farms) to rebuild their lives after the devastating hurricanes. The donations will be submitted to the farmers at the end of November 2018.
